What Is Forever Formed?

The Choice. The Commitment. The Wellbeing.  


I recall hearing not too long ago… ‘If one is to succeed they must treat their body like a machine… if you don’t feed your body the right fuels nor service your body the right way… you’ll never run at optimum capability.’’ – what can I say… this really stuck with me.


With developing my mindset, developing my body seemed like the next natural step for me. And wow, this really was an eye opener in more ways than one – here I am thinking I was a fit and healthy person!


Forever Formed is about my path to a healthier life, links to inspiring research I have found,  some links to epic recipes I cook frequently and of course blog posts I’ve written on the incredibly inspiring fit and healthy individuals I am lucky enough to meet and photograph along my photography journey.


With all this combined I have the motivation to look after myself physically as well as mentally. Rest assured, I am in no way a health or fitness expert.. I’m simply just sharing what is working for me.

  • 1 zucchini




  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 – 2 pinch Himalayan pink salt



  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup water (purified/filtered)
  • 2 teaspoons organic extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons organic lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 – 2 clove organic garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon Himalayan pink sal
